Involuntary passage of urine.(Stress Incontinence)

Involuntary passage of urine is due to pelvic floor weakness in females (Stress Incontinence )and after operation of the prostate in males.It may also found after excision of tumour.
There are different options for it but we have described for the first time the dynamic transfer of rectus sling which is effective in females as well as males.

Usual described procedures are TVT ,TVT-O in which different types of tapes are placed.All such procedures are effective in only mild incontinence and all such procedures have problem of extrusion and infection of the mesh.Our procedures are from the tissue of the body and have no complication.

We have described three procedures

1.Dyanamic sling transfer

2.vascukarized adipofacsial tissue transfer

3.VP's dermal sling (TVT VP)
