3.There wll be blood mixed discharge for 5-7 days ,apply sanitary pads and change them (Whisper ).Dont insert any thing inside vagina .After 5 days wash lightly from out side and apply neosporine ointment .

7.cant lift heavy weight,avoid gym,dancing ,jogging ;all for one month
