Clitoris is one of the most important organ for sexual orgasm in female.Usually clitoris lies just over symphysis pubis and its head (glans) is just covered with skin.But because of aging the clitoris may descend down and may not remain over bone .Or congenitally the clitoral may be covered with large skin over glans (Clitoral hood).In both cases the orgasm in female becomes difficult to achieve .
