Dr Vishwa Prakash while delivering the lecture On vaginal tightening -How I do in coimbatore on 10th sept 2011 at national conference of Plastic surgeons Of India ,told the plastic surgeons that no where it is described as what is vaginal relaxation.What is vaginal looseness.Dr vishwa Prakash said that I take it in this way that when the grip of vagina over the penis is lost , vagina is loose.(Copyrighted statement) He further said that nowhere it is described how to correct the looseness of vagina .Before starting the practice about 20 years back,he consulted several gynaecologists and plastic surgeons as how to correct looseness of vagina.All told excise mucosa of vagina in v shaped and tighten it.Dr Vishwa Prakash did it and almsot all patients landed up in dyspaeunia ( pain during sex)
